The Isle of Man Public Record Office is dedicated to making born digital and digitised content available online where possible. Although every effort has been made to identify and contact rights holders and acting in good faith based on the information we have been supplied, we recognise that sometimes material published online may conflict with copyright law.

If you are the rights holder and believe you have found material on our Digital Archive for which you have not given permission, or is not covered by an exception in copyright law, please contact us stating the following.

• Your contact details
• The Reference Number and title of the material, so it can be clearly identified
• The URL where you located the material
• The reason you are requesting the removal
• Proof that you are the rights holder or an authorised representative

We will temporarily remove this material while we investigate further. All attempts will be made to resolve the issue swiftly and amicably.
